How to use

Take one capsule daily that corresponds to your current menstrual phase.

If you're using a cycle tracking app, match the capsule to your phase.

If you're uncertain about your current phase, we suggest beginning with mySYKL on the first day of your menstruation (PHASE 1) and continuing for 7 days. Then, switch to the follicular (PHASE 2) capsule for 7 days, followed by the ovulation (PHASE 3) capsule for 7 days. Finally, take the luteal (PHASE 4) capsule until your period arrives, at which point you switch back to the menstrual (PHASE 1) capsule.

Don't worry, even if you accidentally overlap with your phases, you'll still see benefits.
