Hi, I’m Domi, and this brand was born from a deeply personal journey shared with a close friend. In our mid-twenties, what should have been some of the best years of our lives felt like a constant uphill battle. We both faced challenges that drained our energy and confidence—horrible moods swings, anxiety, constant fatigue, weight fluctuations, bloating, skin problems and a nagging sense that something wasn’t right.

It wasn’t just affecting our personal lives. At work, I struggled to focus, zoning out in meetings and feeling like my health as a woman was holding me back from reaching my full potential. My friend was going through similar struggles, and we were both frustrated by the lack of effective solutions out there.

One evening, after yet another long conversation about how stuck we felt, we made a decision: we would find a way to change this—not just for ourselves, but for other women, too. We dove headfirst into research and discovered something life-changing: hormones were at the root of so many of the challenges we were facing. The more we learned, the more we realised how little support there was for women navigating their hormonal health.

That’s when the idea for mySYKL was born. After two years of intense research, collaboration with experts, and careful development, we created a line of supplements designed to support women through every phase of their menstrual cycle.
